  1. Beacon Hill Resources plc2012 to 2015 · Chairman, seconded by Renaissance Capital · Mining (coking coal), Mozambique. Took a greenfield coal licence 600km inland into production, raising more than £20 million and securing rail access to the port of Beira. Renaissance exited its convertible investment at three times its money before the commodity cycle turned.
